All Sales Are Final – Food Products
Due to the perishable nature of our food and beverage products, all sales are final.We do not accept returns or exchanges on food items once they have been shipped or delivered.This policy is in place to ensure food safety and product integrity.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to assist.To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• You must provide:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
• A brief description of the issue

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
• A replacement, or
• A refund to the original payment method
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
• Orders delayed due to carrier issues
• Products that were properly delivered and not damaged
• Failure to follow storage instructions
Shipping Costs
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs on any approved return (if applicable)
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
